As a BioSys distributor, what type of marketing support will I receive from BioSys?

BioSys is committed to providing its distributors with a wide range of marketing support. Glossy product literature sheets are available upon request, as are samples, laminated color charts and urinalysis results pads. Moreover, BioSys runs regular promotions on the UriScan urine test strips and would be happy to provide a customized promotion plan for the Optima urine analyzer.

Are UriScan urine test strips CLIA waived?

Yes.

Is the Optima urine analyzer CLIA waived?

Yes.

How should the UriScan urine test strips be stored for optimal performance?

The UriScan urine test strips are sensitive to humidity and prolonged exposure to light. The vial should be stored in a cool (not exceeding 86F), dry, dark location. Do not store the UriScan strips in the refrigerator. All unused strips must be stored in the original container. Do not transfer strips to another container as this may cause the reagents strips to deteriorate. Always close the vial cap immediately and tightly after removal of a strip.

What brands of urine test strips are compatible with the BioSys Plus control solutions?

The BioSys Plus control solutions are compatible with major brands of urine strips, including Siemens Multistix, Roche Chemstrips, UriScan strips, Henry Schein Urispec strips, McKesson Consult Diagnostics strips, Acon strips, and Clarity Diagnostics strips.

How should the BioSys Plus microscope slides and cover glass be stored for optimal performance?

Excessive humidity has been known to cause some fogging and haziness on the glass. Moreover, inventory of microscope slides and cover glass should always be rotated to ensure that stock on hand is the most recently received.

How should the BioSys ultrasound gel be stored for optimal performance?
